A 40-year-old man is a facing charge of second-degree murder in the death of his uncle, Yvon Normand, according to Gatineau police. Normand, 58, was found dead in his Gatineau home at 476 rue Pierre Lafontaine last year. Police said he was discovered by a contractor doing renovations on Nov. 11, 2013.
