Ottawa – Starting May 20, Baseline Road will be resurfaced from Woodroffe Avenue to Prince of Wales Drive. This resurfacing project will improve transportation for all residents across this important corridor. The project is scheduled to be complete by the end of September. The City of Ottawa is working closely with the contractor to complete the work as quickly as possible while minimizing noise and disruptions to local residents.
Work will occur during off-peak traffic hours during the week and, to expedite the construction schedule, work will also be done during the week overnight, between 6 p.m. and 7 a.m. Some weekend work is also anticipated.
The Baseline Road Resurfacing Project is a $4.2 million project that will improve the roadway and give better transportation access to the community. For more information visit ottawa.ca.
