Ottawa – Mayor Jim Watson, Councillor Mark Taylor, Chair of the City’s Community and Protective Services Committee, and Somerset Ward Councillor Diane Holmes will join representatives of the local neighbourhood and community associations for the official reopening of Chaudière Park and Primrose Park.

Time: 10:30 to 11 a.m.
Location: Chaudière Park (68 Elm Street)
After the official ribbon cutting at Chaudière Park, a parade of local community members will lead the dignitaries to nearby Primrose Park (179 Primrose Avenue) for a second ribbon cutting, followed by refreshments and other festive activities.
