Ontario Provincial Police are searching for a missing man from Tay Valley township near Perth.
Matthew Popplewell, 46, was last seen on the Upper 4th Concession of Bathurst just before 1 a.m. Sunday.
At 7:15 a.m. Sunday police were notified and began a search.
Monday morning, Popplewell still hadn’t been found. He is described as white, 6-2, with a muscular build, short light brown hair, blue eyes and glasses.
He was wearing a light grey shirt with dark grey ribbing at the neck and faded navy cargo shorts.
Anyone with information about the man’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Lanark detachment of OPP at 613-267-2626 or toll free at 1-888-310-1122.
