A 59-year-old Luskville man is under arrest after police seized 522 marijuana plants from a vehicle Tuesday morning.
Police said they pulled over a vehicle at St-Joseph Boulevard and Nicolet Street because it’s windows were tinted too darkly.
But the arresting officer noticed a strong smell of marijuana and the man was taken into custody.
Police said the plants were immature and not ready for sale.
The man, whose identity was not released, could be charged with illegal cultivation of marijuana and possession, police said. Also seized were cash and an iPad.
