For this kind of things, you should:
1. Write an email to the manager in Rogers who is in charge of that service/business. Tell him/her what happened (as details as possible), and your request (in your case, ask to stop sending you bill/charge letter). Usually, after this step, 95% issues could be resolved. 2. If can not, then you go to CCTS website to fill a form, after this step, 99.999% problems can be solved. You better do so asap.
