Firefighters are battling a two-alarm fire that broke out at a home on Malhotra Court Saturday evening.
Ottawa Fire received multiple calls of flames visible from a house in the area just before 10:45 p.m. When they arrived, heavy smoke and flames were coming through the roof of the house at 93 Malhotra Court.
They said the single-family home was heavily involved and the fire had started spreading to the home next door.
As of 11:30 p.m., crews were engaged in an offensive fire attack. No injuries have been reported.
