Ottawa – In anticipation of hosting the August 2015Canadian Little League Championship, representatives of the Province of Ontario, the City of Ottawa and the East Nepean Little League willofficially open The Eagle’s Nest Building, a multifunctional seasonal building at South Nepean Park.
On hand to cut the ribbon and light up the new scoreboards will be The Honourable Bob Chiarelli, MPP - Ottawa-West Nepean, Mayor Jim Watson, Councillor Jan Harder, Councillor Mark Taylor and Nepean Little League President Bruce Campbell. A tour of the building, which will function as a media centre during the Canadian Little League Championship, will follow the opening ceremony.
