跟他们讨价还价。现在都什么时候了，还涨房租？前几天一个哥们也跟你似的收到过一封信，说是要涨50块钱，这哥们挺神，连写了两封信，不但不同意涨价，反倒要求降价50块钱。最后rental office答应降价40块钱，并且央求他一定要保密。

嘿嘿，这帮加拿大人，都他妈的是属牙膏的，不挤不出来。你也挤挤试试吧。

1 以住户的名义，多探听几个apartment的报价（肯定比你现在住的便宜）

2 把你打听到的价格告诉rental office，并且要求同等价格，否则就搬家。不过你得注意，这帮白鬼子很精，你如果真要搬家也有费用，如果花300块钱请了搬家公司，那么摊到一年里面就是一个月25块钱，所以你得考虑这个因素，别要价要的太狠了。还有，一般如果他同意给你降价，都会要求签lease，要坚决顶住，因为法律保护你住过一年以后可以不签。
