Catherine Agulu-Kic Otim, 28, has been arrested after she allegedly disappeared with her 17-month-old son in a custody dispute.
She was found Monday night and appeared in court Tuesday.
The child was returned to his father unharmed.
Police had said they made attempts to contact the mother after the child’s father reported that he was unable to see his son on a scheduled Aug. 30 visit.
