Cyclist, 62, killed in South Glengarry

A cyclist struck and killed on County Rd 25 in South Glengarry Thursday morning has been identified as Francisco Teruel, 62, of South Glengarry.

The road remains closed from Glen Row to Frog Hollow while a police investigation continues.

Police estimate the road should reopen at about 2 p.m.
