Gasoline spill snarls traffic is Ottawa's west end

Ontario Provincial Police were forced to cut eastbound traffic on highway 417 down to one lane early Tuesday morning after an accident involving a fuel truck leaked gasoline on the highway.

The accident happened near the Eagleson Road exit of the highway.

As of 7:30 a.m. crews were still working to clean up the mess and traffic was moving at a crawl.
