Cover up your favourite delicate plants: Environment Canada has issued a frost advisory for the whole capital region for Saturday night.
With clear skies and light winds, the overnight low is expected to drop and stay below the freezing mark.
The agency says temperatures should be a few degrees milder Sunday night with the only areas at risk over eastern Ontario.
“Cover up plants, especially those in frost-prone areas,” the agency cautions.
Environment Canada meteorologists will update alerts as required, so stay tuned to your local media or Weatheradio. Email reports of severe weather to storm.ontario@ec.gc.ca or tweet with the hashtag #ONStorm.
