All school buses are cancelled in Ottawa, Upper Canada District School Board, the Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario, the Conseil des écoles catholiques du centre-est and public and catholic schools in Renfrew County.

Freezing rain with the temperatures hovering around -5 C has caused roads to become slippery and hazardous.
The freezing rain is expected to change to flurries Monday morning.
A winter storm watch is in affect for Tuesday night and Wednesday morning. Ottawa is expecting snow starting Tuesday evening continuing into Wednesday with a possible accumulation of 15 to 23 cm.
