As a Customer Service Specialist you will be working together with your team to:
•Provide world-class customer service
•Process phone and email orders and inquiries;
•Assist customers with order, account and website issues;
•Answer routine inquiries about products and services issues as needed;
•Maintain and grow knowledge of products, promotions, and sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
Our ideal candidates will possess:
•Positive attitude and productive, professional and courteous manner;
•Ability to accomplish tasks in the most timely and efficient manner;
•Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
•Demonstrated computer skills, including use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to type 30-40 WPM;
•Multi-tasking, problem solving and organizational skills;
