A couple and their granddaughter have been displaced following an overnight fire at 161 Presland Rd., near Coventry Road and the Vanier Parkway.
Ottawa Fire Services sauy the blaze started at around 10 p.m., after a tenant in the building apparently left a box on a stove.
Paramedics treated a person at the scene. The fire was declared under control by about 10:30 p.m., and damage was estimated at $50,000.
