"The gotcha is the fee for Prolab's analysis. You pay for the kit but they don't process until you send a check for the processing and then it's only posted on website versus contacting you. Call in and the people answering the phone are not pleasant (i.e. they don't want calls)."

Cons: cheap postage doesn't arrive on time
"Be glad you checked the reviews before purchasing this product! I checked them after purchasing the kit, saw many people had issue with the company not receiving the vials in time to run the test. I wrongly assumed this was user error, people not mailing in time. Wrong! I performed the test per the instructions exactly, mailed it in their prepaid mailer within 12 hours of concluding the test. They didn't receive it for over 10 days according to the company and surprise, surprise it was "to old to test" just like all the other reviewers said. I am still working to get a refund, they wanted to mail me new test vials so I could waste more time repeating the test and sending it, the company rep I spoke to outright told me the problem is the prepaid envelope is "bulk mail" as they are too cheap to spend the money on postage that gets it there on time. They would much rather waste YOUR time. Go with another company besides prolab!"
