Job Description


Position Title: Marketing Manager


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Research the existing market and work out plans to develop and expand market.

· Set up the measurements to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, monitor and make adjustment to improve.

· Work out the marketing literature such as presentation materials, marketing brochure, and advertisements, etc..

· Develop and maintain marketing resources, such as association membership, partnership, and co-operations.

· Analyze and report the findings in the target markets in a timely manner.

· Regular reports on market indicators and continuous improvement on measurements, data collecting and analysis.


Education, Training, Skills and Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor and above, major in Marketing, Business, Economic, Finance, or related field.

· 5+ years of experience in marketing with proven achievement in market development. Working experience in real estate related businesses is an asset.

· Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Mandarin is definitely an asset.

· Skilled at interpersonal communication with strong ability to maintain and develop partnership or client relationship in a professional manner.

· Passionate in working, highly motivated with the ability to work on a team as well as independently. Enjoy business trips.

· Result-oriented, a market driver and a problem solver.
