Ottawa police were searching for a missing 17-year-old boy Thursday evening.
Cosmin Riggins, who goes by the name Chris and functions at a level younger than his age, was last seen in Barrhaven near Greenbank Road around 1:30 p.m. Thursday.
Police said Riggins has olive skin, a slim build and short dark brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, long jean shorts, and beige running shoes with white socks.
Anyone with any information can call police at 613-236-1222, ext. 2912.
