I took a look at your pictures. There is nothing wrong with the roses --- that is the way new shoots and leaves appear. They will turn to normal colour upon getting older.
By the way, I don't advise planting more than one colour of roses in a backyard because bees will likely cross-pollenate and in a couple of years, all fresh colours will fade away and nothing is pure any longer.
