保险和学费一起交~还是把保险前单独交到uc那里？

Carleton? Go to Carleton central, login, and look for the fee assessment. Everything you need to pay is listed there, including tuition, insurance and misc fees. Transfer funds to carleton university, account number is your student number.

It is mandatory for all international students in degree programs and on exchange to enroll in the University Health Insurance Program (UHIP).

Effective September 1, 2003, the annual UHIP premium for one person ($612.47) will be automatically added to the student account.
Students must complete a UHIP application form at the ISA by the designated deadline, September 19, 2003, in order to activate their UHIP.
You do not have insurance until you complete a UHIP application form
