Uniform is a really good builder, Campanale is good but overpriced, Cardel has good reputation. There are lots of small builders too.
Urbandale is the best big builder in Ottawa, richcraft is good but not as good as Urbandale but they charge the same.
Tamarck and tartan owned by father and son but different company, good design on small houses.
Minto is average built not great, cheap price. Claridge is not good, cheap build but not cheap price.
Ashcroft and phoenix are both not good. Mattamy not a good builder but looks good.
Monach Doesn't deserve the reputation they have now.( don't under stand why all the Chinese like Monach)
