i was with electronic box.. on Wednesday i called Steve and order the 100u package.. he waived installation and activation fee.
tech came today to install (Saturday) around 4pm(they were free to come thursday, but i wasn't free until saturday).. i called rogers at 9:30.. agent asked how can i help, told her i want to cancel.. she did her routine stuff.. asked why and opened up my account.. then transferred me to retention.. guy from retention asked why i wanted to cancel.. i told him my old provider, electronic box, called and offered me a deal for 45$.. he said what if i can offer u the 100u for 42? which is lower than their offer.. i said can u give me 250.. he said sure.. put me on hold to speak to his floor support.. came back and said all good to go..
250u for 47$ plus tax..i did not even wait a day and my was a brand new activation..
