Ontario Provincial Police are on the hunt for a man convicted of manslaughter who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching his parole.
The OPP’s repeat offender parole enforcement squad is looking for 36-year-old Morris Brian Francois.
Police describe Francois as an Aboriginal man, five-foot-11, 200 pounds with a tattoo of a tribal sign on his right cheek and a tear drop on his left cheek.
Police said he was serving a seven-year sentence for manslaughter and has a lengthy and violent criminal record. He has convictions for assault causing bodily harm, assault with a weapon and uttering threats.
Francois is from Flin Flon, Man. but police believe he is still in Eastern Ontario.
