Firefighters made quick work of a seemingly dramatic house fire in Fisher-Baseline area Tuesday.
Responders were called to 790 Baseline Rd., a two-storey residential building near Fisher Avenue at about 12:30 p.m.
The first view confirmed strong smoke coming out of the structure, but firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze by about 1 p.m.
The emergency required the closing of eastbound Baseline Road from Farlane Boulevard to Fisher Avenue for more than an hour.
There were no injuries.
