BASELINE
With its modern architecture, Brigil's Baseline towers community is changing the landscape of Ottawa's Qualicum neighborhood, just east of the Queensway Carleton Hospital, in a spectacular way. Brigil's urban planners and architects carefully designed the three buildings of 10, 13 and 16 storeys offering a total of 504 units, including a 20,000-sq.ft. food store in one building, responding to the community's call for a grocery store in the area.
