Small sinkhole on Highway 50 causing morning traffic delays

Emergency crews are on the scene along westbound Highway 50, near Boulevard Lorrain, in Gatineau after a small sinkhole appeared overnight in the passing lane.

The lane is closed, causing significant delays through the area. The hole appears to be less than a metre wide. Crews are working to fill in the asphalt and get the lanes reopened.

There is no estimate about when the lane will be open.
