华为前员工被拘事件始末(ZT)

是真的，我有几十个同学在华为，其中几个很铁的哥们和我讲的。

Those guys who create that kind of rumor to their current employer has some problem, are they proffesional? A proffesional guy won't do that even if it's true. That is a moral problem, I only beleive words of a nobleman.
As a formal Huawei engineer I am very pride to see that company become stronger and stronger, and gain more respect of other countries (certainlly, more rumors), It's not just an honor of that company but an honor of all our Chinese. My formal colleagues really did their good job. I wish they can conque all these kind of rumors and provide top quality products to all over the world.

In huawei each product is a new product, software reuse is still a dream, at least before year 2000, we even can not reuse the code designed by ourselvies, any small hardware change or big feature change can make the manager team to consider if we need redesign. In many products, e.g GSM BTS system, V2.0 and V3.0 are designed by two different teams in two locations, basicly nothing is same from harware to software to features. I beleive you have friends in Huawei, but are they in that department? how do they know that?

当年，前邮电部十所派员到深圳和其他公司合作开发底端交换机，华为竟策反了大部分开发人员，但让那些开发人员仍待在对方的开发项目里，而华为自己则根据那些开发人员提供的信息，也建了一个完全一样的开发环境，并每天更新，结果可想而知，双方的样机几乎同时研制成功。事后，大部开发人员就地反水，转到华为，而华为则解决了对方的户口住房等。

这行为已经不是一般的剽窃了。说严重了，是盗窃国家财产。这故事，是前邮电部十所的副所长当年告诉咱的。

Huawei stealing other company's code is nothing new here. I heard about it even before futurewei open an office in States.

If you are just a sw designer, you would not know it. I don't think Huawei could steal the whole product code. It is useless anyway. It is possible that Huawei copy some critical part or copy the whole product at architechture level or arguable some patent technology.

It is no use to discuss this anyway since Huawei itself already admitted it.

It is kind of common sense that technology is stealable. Huawei is quite disgusting using patriotism to cover their ugly business practise.

Who should you be loyal to now that you are in North America ?

I for one oly know that my financial well-being(jobs and investment) and especially my children's future depends on North American economy and at this moment North American telecom companies doing well.

Chinese company like Huawei is a THREAT to my financial security now. I hope they die out.

Frankly speaking, I like your style rather than talk to those rumors. For now, NO court in the world judge they copied others code. Yes, you can use "Wen Xue Zuo Pin" like this article and other ways to hate that company just because it threatened NA. But for me a stronger formal employer means more strong background, I don't hate them.

Then what? You have job only because you are lucky!
No other reason! You are not better than us.

What do you mean "这样的脑筋迟早是要被lay掉的" ? Is it the reason you are
not laid off? Are you confident that you are better than those engineers
in China? If not, you got the salary 3-4 times of they get. You will be
laid off sooner or later. It is just a matter of time.
BTW, don't you think those were laid off are their own faults? Or beacause they have 这样的脑筋?

Hi-tech工作本来就是最容易transfer的,比转移一条汽车生产线要简单多了,所以北美公司IBM之流在本地区裁员却在中国印度招人.死了'华'为,还有'印'为.这不是哪一家公司不公平竞争的问题.资本追逐利润,从来都是如此.

如果高工资的hitech工作outsourcing去了发展中国家,本地区留下洗碗端盘子之类non-transferable工种,美国这个新罗马帝国将如何维持其强势地位,倒是值得玩味.

We are not afraid of any challenge, as long as the contest is fair.
But a company like Huawei is not a decent company. Zhong Xing is
much better than huawei, and respected by us.

以前的贴子里有人暴料,山东电信一个VP级人物收了华为的贿赂,却不把单子给华为做,被华为告发,结果丢职入监.这个VP拿了钱财不替人消灾,比一些盗亦有道的黑社会还不如,固然坐牢坐得其所.反过来看华为,处理这事的手段已经有了黑手党的风采.今天华为干出这种事,也不用拍案惊奇.
