Five adults and two infants were displaced after a fire that caused almost $200,000 in damage on Friday night.
Ottawa Fire Services received multiple calls at 9:55 about visible flames at 1-583 Tweedsmuir Ave. and 19-232 Clare St.
Fire crews reported heavy flames upon arrival and worked aggressively on both structures to bring the blaze under control by 10:46.
No injuries were reported, but damage was estimated at $100,000 to 1-583 Tweedsmuir and $75,000 to 19-232 Clare.
An Ottawa Fire investigator was sent to the scene.
