Gatineau police on scene at 'operation' in Aylmer's west end

Gatineau police are providing few details on a “police operation” that began this morning in the Aylmer district.

According to witnesses, a number of police vehicles and technical services descended on the Brook and Front street area just after 8 a.m.

Early reports of the coroner being called proved inaccurate.
