读读Minto的reviews， 你还敢买minto 的房子么？

I bought new 2 homes from Minto within 3 years. I will not buy another Minto Home in the future. The Sales team in Ottawa were good with me anyways. However, the quality of the homes from Minto have gone down. Upgraded cabinets were scratched and screws were coming off. (Never tightened properly in the first place). The front door handle was inside out. The Toilet had hot water. Chips in the tub. Chips and scratches on the upgraded window frames. Rotted wood deck. Walls and some ceilings show

minto的房子便宜是因为材料价格低，哦，可以upgrade。另外，agent带人去买房子，可以得回扣，所以都被带往minto那里去看房子。再就是minto的房子的地点分布东南西北，算是亮点吧。

买新房是不是必须 up grade 才好些?不然质量就差呢?买房，自己搞装修怎么样呢?不知道他们标价的房子，不up grade是什么样子呢?
