Outlet Mall的建筑模式很不适合寒冷的加拿大,各个店之间的联系不在室内,怕冷的几乎半年没法逛,这里很多大学各个建筑之间都有室内或者地下通道相连。
 
I bought new 2 homes from Minto within 3 years. I will not buy another Minto Home in the future. The Sales team in Ottawa were good with me anyways. However, the quality of the homes from Minto have gone down. Upgraded cabinets were scratched and screws were coming off. (Never tightened properly in the first place). The front door handle was inside out. The Toilet had hot water. Chips in the tub. Chips and scratches on the upgraded window frames. Rotted wood deck. Walls and some ceilings show:p;):(:mad::confused::jiayou::shale:

买房子,我顶多再考虑户型,从来就没考虑过builder。
哪个Builder建的房子,这是买房子中最不重要的一个因素。

Retail Development East of the Carp River The City of Ottawa has received a number of development applications for retail and commercial developments proposed for vacant lands east of the Carp River, west/south of Terry Fox Drive and north of both Highway 417/the planned Transitway Corridor. These developments include:
  •  11,700 m2 (126,183 ft2 ) RONA with an additional 2,500 m2 (26,880 ft2 ) outdoor garden sales area, and future office development;
  •  16,500 m2 (177,605 ft2 ) Loblaws grocery store with 5,400 m2 (58,125 ft2 ) ancillary retail and a 6-pump gas bar;
  •  5,087 m2 (54,760 ft2 ) single-storey large format retail land use
  •  19-storey 19,345 m2 (208,230 ft2 ) condominium tower with 179 dwelling units (DU’s); and
  •  19-storey 28,480 m2 (306,580 ft2 ) tower with approximately 10,745 m2 (115,660 ft2 ) of office space and an estimated 264 hotel rooms.
