Ontario Provincial Police officers are asking for the public’s assistance to locate a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of a breach of parole.
Police are seeking Shawn Desrosiers, 41, a white male who is known to frequent Ottawa, among other cities. The man is described as 6’2” (188cm), 176lbs (89kg), with brown eyes and salt and pepper hair. He also has a scar on his head and a tattoo of a bulldog on his right forearm.
Desrosier is serving a 30 month sentence for three counts of break and enter, four counts of theft under $5000, and two counts of failing to comply with parole conditions.
Anyone who has contact with this offender or may have any information in regards to their whereabouts is asked to contact the OPP at 1-866-870-7673 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
