Ottawa police are seeking public assistance in locating a man who held up a Beechwood Avenue gas station at knifepoint last month.
The holdup occurred at 7:15 a.m. Sept. 19 at a gas station in the 1-100 block of Beechwood Avenue. The suspect demanded cash and was given an unspecified amount of money before fleeing on foot. There were no injuries.
The suspect is described as Caucasian, about 25 years old, average height, medium build with a dark beard. At the time he wore a hooded sweatshirt, light blue jeans, and sneakers.
