Ontario Provincial Police have laid charges against a third man in relation to the death of Deepak Beaudoin-Reichmann, 27, whose body was found in a rural area in November.

Police on Monday charged Kyle Robert Clermont, 20, of Ottawa with causing indignity to a dead body and conspiracy to commit an indictable offence. The OPP, working with Ottawa police, found Clermont at an Ottawa address. He was arrested without incident, police said.

The arrest came after police circulated photos of a suspect apparently taken by a security camera.

Beaudoin-Reichmann was reported missing by family members on October 5, 2015.

His body was discovered shortly before 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 14, in an area east of Bishop Mills in North Grenville. The cause of death has yet to be determined.

Two others have been charged in relation to Beaudoin-Reichmann’s death. David Robert Lojk, 26 and Matthew Vincent Benoit, 30, both of Ottawa, remain in custody.

Clermont is expected to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brockville Tuesday.
