Ottawa police are seeking public assistance in locating a man accused in a number of break-and-enter cases who walked away from a local facility shortly after his release on bail Nov. 23.
Eric Larocque, 26, is described as Caucasion, five feet eight inches (173 cm) tall, weighing 187 pounds (85 kg) with dark wavy hair and brown eyes.
When last seen he was wearing a green winter jacket, white T-shirt, blue jeans, white shoes and was unshaven.
His current charges involve a number of residential B&Es, possession of stolen property, and fraud and other charges.
Anyone with information is asked to call Det. Daniel Bergeron of the police break and enter unit at 613-236-1222, ext. 4533. Anonymous tips can be submitted by calling Crime Stoppers toll-free at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS), or by downloading the Ottawa police app.
