A woman was treated for minor injuries Sunday evening following an accident that saw her car smash through the window of a Hunt Club area insurance firm.
According to police, the woman’s vehicle collided with a parked car in the Lorry Greenberg Mall parking lot, near Lorry Greenberg Drive and Conroy Road. She then bounced off that car and crashed through the front window of a Co-operators Insurance office.
The woman, whose named was not released, was treated by paramedics after the 8:15 p.m. accident, but was not taken to hospital.
Police continue to investigate, but say alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the incident.
They described the damage to the office as “extensive”.
