Ottawa fire handled a two-alarm blaze early Wednesday morning after a fire was reported in a home in south Ottawa.
The blaze at 1815 Kingsdale Avenue, which is just east of Bank Street and south of Hunt Club Road, began sometime around 2:48 a.m., Ottawa fire said.
By 3:10 a.m. firefighters managed to douse the blaze, which had been upgraded to a two-alarm fire by the first crew to arrive on scene.
No one was injured and victim services was not called, Ottawa fire said.
A damage estimate was not immediately available.
