Ontario Provincial Police have charged a man they say was driving in excess of 160 km/h on Highway 401 while watching a movie on a screen taped to his dashboard.
Police say the man was pulled over around 7:30 p.m. in the Brockville area.
He is charged with distracted driving and stunt driving. His licence and vehicle were seized for one week.
Police did not release the driver’s identity.
