You can't have a Canadian passport and at the same time have a valid Chinese passport. It's technically impossible. Once you become a Canadian citizen, your Chinese citizenship is revoked by default. If you still use your Chinese passport in China, you will be breaking the Chinese law. If you use Chinese passport in china and get into trouble with the law, the Canadian government will not be able to protect you because you used a Chinese passport to enter the country, even if you are a Canadian citizen.

根据孩子所持有护照的国际而定。加拿大承认双重国籍，中国不承认，所以进入中国的时候只可以使用一国护照。孩子持中国护照进入中国法律上没有任何问题，但是以后孩子想回加拿大中国护照就不管用了。加拿大护照入境中国需要有中国签证，如果需要长时间待在中国，就需要经常延续签证。持加拿大护照入境加国没有任何问题，主要问题在中国方面，如果你使用加拿大护照过海关，中国海关人员会检查你的加国护照上面是否有有效的中国签证和入境时间，如果你离境的时间超过你签证的有效期或者护照上没有标明你的入境时间（因为你是持中国护照入境），你的麻份就大了。前者情况是非法居留，后者情况是非法入境，中国海关会对你做出相应的处罚，例如罚款等。

还有就是拿中国国籍以外的孩子在中国上学的费用要比有中国国籍的孩子相对贵很多.

if u baby is less then i think it's 3yrs, u can have your baby's pic in the same passport as mother's and u can use this passport going back to China without any trouble. Good Luck
