Their service is not like what I heard. My friend took the flight from Toronto->Beijing->Chendu, the luggage was cut and valuable stuff was missing, which was apparently stolen. At first they didn't even respond to the claim. After over a month of calling them, they just compensated the mininum

这个是机场的事情，跟航空公司关系不是很大实际，加航也丢很多东西

海航非常好，没有头舱，公务舱已经可以平躺，饭菜非常可口，不是旺季的话4300加元一张

中国的航空公司几乎一网打尽啊，民航局的局长应当枪毙。

也不是什么人花钱都能座的，得18岁以上能自理的，能和空乘交流（会说他们的话)。大部分航空公司都这样，也没见谁被判刑，枪毙就更谈不上了

建议：凡是单独出售应急门座位的航空公司的飞机都不要去做。
花了钱买了应急门座位的乘客无法保证履行该座位乘客的应尽职责，而且花钱了是大爷，视全飞机乘客生命为无物。

你出门就不要做飞机了，加拿大和美国有哪个航空公司不卖应急门座位的吗？一个也没有！
