As far as I know, Rogers has a special offer for the students in university/college. I had my high speed internet installed for less than $400 last year, this year they raise the price to $427.95/year (tax included), comparing with $44.95+tax/month for the normal user, it is still a good deal. You can call rogers and select group service(?) for details.
