A fire at a two-storey single family home on Explorer Lane Saturday night caused about $150,000 damage.
Ottawa firefighters responded after receiving multiple calls about visible flames at 898 Explorer, and arrived at the scene just before 10 p.m. to find an attached garage “fully involved”.
The blaze was under control within 30 minutes, Ottawa Fire Services said, and there no injuries were reported.
Damage to the building was estimated at $100,000, with another $50,000 to contents.
A fire investigator was sent to the scene.
