Ontario Provincial Police have arrested and charged a 31-year-old Brockville man with indecent exposure after a series of reported incidents in Eastern Ontario.
Police say the first report was made on Feb. 16, 2015, after a driver asked an adult woman pedestrian in Napanee for directions. When the woman approached the vehicle, the male performed what police say was an indecent act. A similar incident took place on Feb. 21, 2015, in Brockville.
On Feb. 5, police obtained an arrest warrant for a Brockville man. Charged with two counts of committing an indecent act is Richard Gordon Kirkland. Police say the man faces a charge for a similar incident in Gananoque this year.
He is being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
