Ottawa police believe there could be other victims after a 50-year-old Cambridge, Ont. man allegedly asked a 14-year-old boy at a hotel to participate in a sexual act.
Police began an investigation on Feb. 13 after they received information about the incident at an Ottawa hotel.
Steven Morton, 50, was charged with one count of invitation to sexual touching. He was released from custody on conditions that police say are “designed to protect children under the age of 16 years.”
Police believe the accused may have travelled across Ontario for recreational events, but wouldn’t provide any further information.
