General Tom Middendorp, Chief of Defence of the Armed Forces of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, laid a wreath at the Memorial Hall of the Canadian War Museum on Friday, February 19, 2016 to pay tribute to all WWII Canadian Liberators of the Netherlands.
Following the ceremony he met personally with a group of ten Canadian Veterans who fought in the Netherlands in the foyer of the Museum.
