Members of the Sûreté du Québec police were called to Highway 5 near the exit for Highway 50 and Maisonneuve Boulevard to respond to a dispute between two people early Tuesday morning.
When they arrived, the victim, a 29-year-old man, said he was intentionally struck by a vehicle.
Police intercepted the vehicle in question and engaged in a pursuit which led them through Hull.
The alleged assailant then fled the vehicle on foot, but police quickly caught her.
The woman, 23, will appear in court Tuesday and could face drive-related offences and a charge for obstructing police.
