请问大家我这种情况怎么办

刚lease了一辆车，开不到一个月，在停车场被老外挂了一下，当时老妈在车上，但是不会英语，把老外拦住，所以老外留了名字电话还有一个不知是驾照号还是保险号的东西，然后我去dealer做了estimation，800刀，老外现在说没钱一直拖，找她也不回，大家说我这种情况该怎么办？

如果你的dedutive是1000，你自己掏腰包修吧。你也不用告诉保险公司。

前半句正确，后半句错误。自己保险修自家车，然后该保险公司向对方保险公司索钱，帐由过错方保险公司记到过错方身上，与你无关。
