Flags at half-mast in memory of former City of Kanata Councillor Ernest Robert (Bob) Kingham

Ottawa – The flags at the Kanata Client Service Centre will be lowered to half-mast from sunrise to sunset on Wednesday, May 18, the day of the memorial service for Mr. Ernest Robert (Bob) Kingham, former City of Kanata Councillor. Mr. Kingham passed away suddenly at his home on Saturday, May 14.


Mr. Kingham will be remembered for his strong leadership and unwavering dedication to the community.
