A cyclist is in serious, but stable condition after a collision downtown at about 3 a.m.
The crash occurred at the intersection of Elgin Street and Laurier Avenue where the cyclist was hit by a car.
The driver of the car remained at the scene. Police would not say whether charges are expected.
